Library

• Click on a job in your job tree to view images and videos. If you do not see any jobs in this left-hand column, please contact your GLOBALedit admin.

Ratings

• You can make edits to images and videos in a job by using the ratings options associated with each image.

• Each image has all or a combination of the following options:
  • "Send image to..." - use this drop down to send the image to the Cart or to a new or existing Lightbox.
  • Select - clicking this button will mark an image as a select.
  • Alt - clicking this button will mark an image as an alternate select.
  • Approve - clicking this button will mark an image as approved.
  • Kill - clicking this button will mark an image as killed from use.
  • Star Ratings - clicking on the stars will mark what are also known as plus ratings. Use any desired number between 1 and 5.
  • Flag - this is a private rating for your personal use. No other users will see your Flags. To clear your flags for any collection, click the Clear My Flags button in the top toolbar.

• Any edit ratings you make are automatically saved and can be viewed by others (except Flags) with appropriate access to the job. You can click a marked button to unmark it.

• Double click on a thumbnail to open up the full-screen Image Editor.

Job Tree

• Images are organized into an arrangement of folder hierarchies, which can be accessed on the left of the images. Clicking on a folder will load the images of that folder and its sub-folders.
• If the jobs in the job tree belong to different accounts, they will be sorted by account.

Results

• Click the buttons to view your results by 10 (default), 20, 50, or 100 images per page.

Size

• Click the buttons to view your results by small thumbnails (default) or large thumbnails.'

Filter

• Use the drop-down menu to filter your results by different edit rankings. You can also filter by any saved searches in your account (these will show up underneath the system filters)

Sort

• Use the drop-down menu to sort your results by plus rankings, select rankings, kill status, or flag status.

Route Assets

• Use this drop-down menu to send all your image results to a new or existing Lightbox.

• You can filter your image results and then route those images through the Image Router.

Clear My Flags

• Use this button to clear your private flags on your current collection.
