A job is a collection of images. For example, all the images from a single photoshoot or all the stills from an episodic unit of a television series can make up a job. Other examples include a movie's stills, a photographer's archive, or any other similarly grouped collection of images.

View Jobs

  • Choose Jobs > View Jobs.

  • Click on any of the headers to sort the jobs by that category.
  • Click on the job name to see the job's information. Here you can edit the job information, view user assignments, or change the asset rights owner account.

  • Click on the job's status to see its progress as well as previous actions.

Searching for a Job

  • Choose Jobs > View Jobs. The ten (10) most recent jobs uploaded to the system will be listed.
  • Use the Search area to access jobs not listed. The search provides options to find jobs by Account Name or Code, Job Name or Code, or Creator.

Assign Job to User

  • Assign Job to User allows admins to assign their account users to jobs in their account. Each User is assigned a Role permission to access a Job within his/her Account. Note: If you assign a folder within a job, all subfolders within that folder will be automatically assigned as well.
  • Choose Jobs > Assign Job to User.

  • Job: Begin typing the first few letters of the job name in the "Enter job name..." field. The system will automatically show you jobs that match and the account to which they belong. Choose the job you wish to assign.

  • Folder: All of the folders within the selected job will appear in the Folder drop-down box. Choose the appropriate folder, or to give access to all the folders leave as (All Folders). Choosing a folder will automatically assign all the subfolders within that folder.

  • User: Begin typing the first few letters of the user name in the "Enter user name..." field. The system will automatically show you users that match and the account to which they belong. Choose the user you wish to assign to the job.

  • Role: The roles belonging to the user's account will appear in the drop-down box. Choose the role you wish the user to have for the job assigned. If the user has a default role, this will automatically be shown.

  • Expiration Date: Choose an expiration date for the job assignment if desired.
  • Notify User: This will send the user an email notifying them of the job assignment.

  • You can unassign users by checking the box next to the assignment and then clicking Unassign Selected.
