My Account

• Click My Account in your left side bar.

Order History

• Click Order History to review your past and pending orders.
  

• All your orders will be listed in the left sidebar. Choose an order to view the work order.
  

• This is where you can download file packages and contact sheets. Scroll down and click Download.

Account Information

• Click Account Information to update your email address, password, and other information.
  

• Be sure to click Update once you have finished making your changes.

Address Book

• Click Address Book to manage contacts in your personal address book.
  

• Sort your contact by first name, last name, or email by clicking on a category header.
  

• Search within your contacts via the search field.
  

• Click Create New Contact to add a new contact to your address book. Be sure to click OK to update.
