I received an error message that the Aspera Plug-in was unable to authenticate using Port 22. What does this mean?

This can happen when a company firewall has closed TCP Port 22. If the port is closed the Aspera Connect Plug-in fasp™ technology cannot get out to connect and enable the transfer. You need to contact your IT department to open TCP port 22.
