If you are experiencing longer than expected wait times when looking through folders, you might be calling on the system to produce a large number of image previews all at once. To avoid this, try toggling down into folders by clicking the carrot to the left of the folder name.
If you are already performing these steps and are finding that you are having performance issues, try using another browser to see if that speeds things up. It is also helpful to clear your cache periodically to refresh the webpage. You will also want to make sure you are running our minimum system requirements in order to run GLOBALedit at optimum speed.
If none of these steps work, login to your GLOBALedit account, click settings in the top right and select RESET UI. Please contact your GLOBALedit administrator if you continue to have problems.
