Compile a set of assets from your library or collection into a shareable, downloadable PDF document with Contact Sheets. Fully customizable options allow you to control the pagination, number of roles and columns, header and footer texts, watermarks, and include/exclude asset ratings. When you’re ready to let the world see your selection, you can download the Contact Sheet into a PDF or share it via email through globaledit.
➲ Setting Up Contact Sheets:
Admin must select “Create Contact Sheet In Workspace” permissions for user in Workspace Role
➲ Creating A Contact Sheet:
- Select assets for your contact sheet
- Right click, then select “Contact Sheet” from dropdown menu
- Adjust to your liking:
- Pagination
- Rows and Columns
- Text Header and Footer
- Opt to include:
- Asset Name
- Stars / Ratings, Approval Checkbox, Labels
- Reduce File size if needed
➲ Preview Contact Sheet:
- Select Preview
➲ Sharing Contact Sheets:
- Toggle down “Share With Recipients”
- Type in users email
- Add message if you’d like
Recipient will get an email with a link to download the contact sheet.
