Users assigned to a role with the Manage Galleries for account permission selected have the ability to create and manage Approval Galleries. Account Admins will already have this option pre-selected, but creating a custom Approval Gallery Manager role will be able to differentiate users within the Accounts and the Custom Role will be able to assign the corresponding permissions.
Approval Gallery Manager Permissions
To create and manage an Approval Gallery, assign a Standard User within the Organization the permission to Manage Galleries for your account. Within the Admin Panel, select Roles, then select Accounts, within a custom Account Role, select the checkbox for Manage Galleries for account.
Inviting a Talent or Rep User
To send an Approval Gallery, invite a Talent User within the Admin Panel, select the Users on the left panel, then select Invite New User, from the User Type(s) dropdown menu select Talent or Representative, add the user's email and (optional) note, then confirm Inviting User(s).
Once the User has accepted the invitation and set up their account, their Username will be listed in the Active tab. Approval Galleries require an active Talent User in order to be shared.
What is a Representative User?
Representatives are Users who can action an Approval Gallery on a Talents behalf. They are linked to a Talent user when sharing an Approval Gallery. While Approval Galleries must be shared with a Talent User, Representatives are optional.
