Projects offer the ability to assign specific folders and subfolders to users. This is useful for users who don't need access to the entire library structure or workspace. In addition you can create Rules (similar to filters) for which assets the assigned users are able to have access to. Rules will update in real time to hide or show assets. Assign a specific folder to a user and limit their access to view only approved images with Projects.
