Within the Collection library, users have the ability to bulk manage and share collections to other users within their organization.
Operating in the All Active view allows you to batch action Collections. Select the All Active tab at the top left of your Collections panel to bulk-manage your Collections:
Bulk Share Collections
- Select multiple collection thumbnails
- Right Click to view the dropdown menu and select Share
- Input the emails of users you wish to share with
- Assign Collection Permissions - these permissions apply to all users on the invitation
- Select Send
Bulk Group Collections
If the collections are not grouped yet, add multiple collections to a New Group:
- Select multiple collection thumbnails to group
- Right Click to view the dropdown menu and select New Group
- Name the New Group
- New Group of collections will populate on left panel within the All Active View
If the collections are not grouped yet and need to be added to an Existing Group:
- Select multiple collection thumbnails to group
- Right Click to view the dropdown menu and select Move To
- Select an existing group
Share all Collections within a Group
- Select the Share Icon listed next to the Group
- Collections shared as a group will not be automatically grouped in the recipients dashboard.
- The way collections are organized & grouped is personal to each user.
