To create and manage an Approval Gallery, assign a Standard User within your Organization the permission to Manage approvals for your account.
To send an Approval Gallery, invite a Talent User to your Organization.
Gallery Manager Permissions
Users assigned to an Account level role with the "Manage approvals for account" permission selected have the ability to create and manage Approval Galleries. Account Admins will already have this box selected by default, though a custom role could be created to assign the corresponding permissions.
Creating a Talent User
To invite a Talent user
- Select the Admin page at the top of the page
- Select the People tab located on the left side of the page within the Admin page
- Select the orange Invite New User button then Select Talent from the User Type(s) Dropdown menu
- Enter the user's email within the Invite Users by Email text box
- Click Invite to send the invite email
Once the User has accepted the invitation and set up their account, their Username will be listed in the Active tab. Talent users can be sent an Approval Gallery once they become an Active user.
Approval Galleries require an active Talent User in order to be shared.
What is a Representative User?
Representatives are users who can action within an Approval Gallery on a Talents behalf. They are linked to a Talent user when sharing an Approval Gallery. While Approval Galleries must be shared with a Talent User, Representatives are optional.
To invite a Representative (Rep) user:
- Select the Admin Tab Users and select the Roles section
- Select Invite New User then Select Representative from the Dropdown menu
- Enter the user's email, any optional note for the invite email
- Click Invite to send the invite email
