Manage Notifications for Approval Galleries

Within the Admin page, manage email notifications for Approval Galleries by adjusting the specific Account roles approval permission.

Within Settings, the Notifications tab will allow users to toggle between receiving In-app and/or Email notifications for Approval Galleries.

Admin Panel

At the top of the platform, select the Admin Tab. Select Roles from the panel on the left then select the dropdown menu for Accounts. From here, select the custom Account role to manage. 

By checking or unchecking the box next to Manage approvals for account, those assigned to the Role will either receive or no longer receive notifications for all Approval Galleries for the specific Account Role. Select Submit to save/confirm. 

Notification Settings

To navigate to the Notifications page, click on your user profile icon, then select Settings.

On the left hand side of the Settings page, click on Notifications.

Selecting the toggle  next to In-app or Email will determine if you will notified of comments, updates, and requests to access galleries.
