Several factors can affect your invite validation process.

Sign Up Walkthrough
Below is a quick video walkthrough of the invite acceptance process. Follow these steps to create your account using the invite you received and validate using 2-Factor Authentication.
Clicking Accept Invitation from the email will direct you to the Account Creation page where you will be prompted to fill out your name and enter a password.
Please follow the below best practices for password configuration:

At least 1 upper case and lower case character

At least 1 special character
Next, follow the prompts to validate your 2-Factor Authentication either via an Authenticator app (we recommend Google Authenticator) or an SMS text message.
Did Not Receive Email Invite
- You will need to accept your invite from the email that you received.
- If you did not receive your email
- Check your Spam or Junk folder and your Promotions folder if you use Gmail.
- If the invite is not in your Spam or Junk folders
- Ask your Admin to resend your invite.
- If you still do not see your invite, check with your company's IT to make sure there are no blockers for outside emails.
- E-mails from globaledit.com will need to be allowed and a new invite shared from your admin.

NOTE: If you are a Talent or Representative user trying to access an Approval Gallery and did not receive an invite, please ask the gallery creator to use the Resend Invite option.
Only Seeing Login Screen, Not Sign Up
If you are only seeing the sign in page when you click the Accept Invite link in your email, there are a few options to troubleshoot:
- You may have previously had an account with globaledit. In this case, close all tabs, click Accept Invite and Sign In using your credentials or Google Sign In
- Try opening the invite link in Chrome
- If using Chrome, try opening the invite link in an Incognito window or another browser app
- Close any open globaledit tabs and windows, checking that none are minimized as well, then click Accept Invite
- Ensure you are using the latest invite email you received. Previous invite links will no longer be valid.
Did Not Receive SMS Code
- If you have selected the SMS Code option to validate your 2FA and have not received a text, please double check the phone number you entered.
- If the mobile number is correct, please retry sending a code.
- If you still do not receive a code it's likely that there could be an issue with your carrier.
To bypass any issues with your mobile service provider, please use the Authenticator option to receive a verification code via an authenticator app. We recommend Google Authenticator.
This method is recommended and will ensure that you receive a code right away as it does not rely on your mobile provider's service.
Did Not Receive Authenticator Code
If you have used the Authenticator option for 2FA verification but do not see your code, please check your mobile device for authenticator apps. The code will not be sent via text message but rather displayed within your app.
Google Sign Up Troubleshooting
It is recommended to validate your invite using the First / Last Name fields and entering your own password to ensure that your account is properly activated. The Google Sign-In option can be added to your account in the Settings page once you are logged in.
If you are having trouble creating your account and had used the Google Sign Up option you may have closed out of a window prior to finalizing the activation steps.
In this case please follow the below steps to complete your account activation.
- Sign Out of the globaledit platform in any open tabs or windows
- Click Accept Invite in the email you received
- Sign In using the Google option from the Accept Invite email.
Can Only See The Settings Page
If you are only taken to the account Settings page above you may not have fully activated your account, even though your email is included.
If this occurs please follow the below steps.
- Sign Out of the globaledit platform in any open tabs or windows
- Click Accept Invite in the email you received
- Sign Up using the Google option from the Accept Invite email.
This will finalize your account validation and bring you to the main Library page
I'm Logged In But Not Seeing the Assets I Need in the Library
It’s most likely that your admin has not assigned you to any Roles or Workspaces yet, or forgot to assign you to the Workspace or Collection you’re looking for.
Please contact your Admin and let them know. They will need to assign you to the relevant Workspaces.
If your Admin confirms you are assigned to Workspaces, try logging out and logging back in, clearing your cache.
I Was Invited to a Second Organization But Can't Access It
If you already use globaledit and received an invite to a second Organization, you will need to accept the invite to the secondary Organization in order to activate your access.
If you have any issues, please follow the below steps:
- Close any open globaledit tabs
- Right-click Accept Invite using Chrome in the latest invite you received
- Open the link in an Incognito window
- Depending on your previous login method, click Google Sign-In OR enter Username and Password
If you still have trouble please try the below steps:
- Use Forgot Password option
- Ensure you are using the latest invite email you received. Previous invite links will no longer be valid.
- Clear your site cache and local storage
Once you have validated your invite in the new Organization you can switch to the other Org at any time from the menu in the upper right:
