Once a collection has been shared to a user, the user is able to see the collection assets with the collection permissions given to them by the collection owner. Any changes made within the collection are applied to the asset within the Workspace Library as well, such as any ratings, labels or mark-ups applied.

View a Shared Collection
- Select Invite Notification from Notification Bell or click on the Accept Invitation button located within the Collection invitation email

- Access can also be achieved by clicking on the Accept Invitation button located within the Collection invitation email
- Shared Collections will be organized within the Collection Panel underneath All Active and Shared with Me
Shared Collections can be recognized by their distinctive icon,
- User can perform actions needed to the asset(s) within the collection, as permissions allow.
- If the permission is given to the user, any action performed with in the collection will appear within Workspaces including:
- Comments
- Mark-ups
- Ratings
- Color Labels
- Star Ratings
- Added Versions
- Uploading New Assets
- Updating Metadata
- Download Assets
- Add to Approval Galleries
- Create Contact Sheets
- If the permission is given to the user, any action performed with in the collection will appear within Workspaces including:
Request a Collection Policy
Users can also request a policy (permission) that was not included in their initial invitation.
Within the Collections Panel, select the More Options button located to the far right of the Collection Title.
Within the modal that appears, click on Info to reveal the Collection's Info page that includes General, Members, and Settings.

Click on Settings to view and adjust Expiration, General, Download, and Ratings policies.
Once the expiration and/or policy adjustments are completed, scroll down to add a short note (optional).
Finally, click on the button at the bottom of the page to submit a request to the Collection Owner.
