Overview
Welcome to User Groups, an intuitive feature that allows users the capability to share Workspace and Collection access to multiple users simultaneously.

Create New User Group
Begin by navigating to the People section of the Admin page. Then click on the Groups tab.
Next, click on to reveal a menu to begin building the new user group.
Group Name: enter a name to identify the group
Handle: enter a handle that will be used to share the group via Invitation(s) and @ mentioning within the Comment Panel. Please note: do not include the "@" symbol in this text field.
Description: a description to identify the nature of the group
Add Members: populate members by typing in a username/email or type the "@" symbol to select from the current active members list
Finally, click to finalize and create the new user group.
Managing User Groups
Once the new user group has successfully saved, it will appear as an item within your Groups tab.
By selecting Edit users have the ability to:
Add Member: add new members to the group
Edit Group: to change the Name, Handle, and Description
Delete Group: to remove/delete the group
Remove a user by selecting the that appears to the far right of the user's name.
Sharing a User Group
Once a User Group has been created, users can use the group within the Workspace and Collections area of the Library to grant access to the user(s) who are members of the user group.
Invite to Workspace: the user group can be accessed then selected by typing in the handle within the Add Users text field.
Invite to Collection: the user group can be accessed then selected by typing in the handle within the Add Users text field.
Other Areas User Group(s) can be Accessed
There are a few other areas within the platform that user groups can be accessed and applied.
Comment Panel: (In Workspace and Collections) the user group can be accessed then selected by typing the "@" mention symbol within the comment panel text field.
Markup Editor: the user group can be accessed then selected once the markup comment has been saved. After saving the markup comment, click Reply, then type the "@" mention symbol within the reply text field.
Contact Sheet: the user group can be accessed and selected by typing in the handle within the Share With Recipients text field.
