Viewing assets can be done a few ways, including zooming into an asset and comparing assets to each other. Assets can be viewed in Workspace and Collections in the same manner; in Grid View or List View within the Library and within 1-Up, 2-Up, 3-Up, and 4-Up views.
Appearance
While in the Library, the appearance can be adjusted to reflect the layout of the interface.
Begin by selecting the Appearance button in order to reveal the context menu that will allow you to adjust the layout.

The context menu that appears will allow you to adjust settings for:
Light Mode
Select the switch icon to alternate between Dark Theme and Light Theme
Layout
By default, the assets will be displayed in Grid View as thumbnails from 50% - 200% of the thumbnail size.

To change the Card size, use the slider to increase or decrease the thumbnail in 50% increments.
Grid View & Zoom
- Select the List View
icon to change the asset layout to a list structure.
While in List View, Sorting options will appear above the folder, allowing for quick options to sort the folder.
Select Filename to sort the folder in ascending or descending order.
Select Stars to sort the folder by stars in ascending or descending order.
Select to sort based on the select label.
Select to sort based on the alt label.
Select to sort based on the approve label.
Select to sort based on the kill label.
Select , then an asset status to sort based on the selected status.
Select , then a color label to sort based on the selected color.
Asset View
Toggle the button to alter the appearance of the asset preview on the asset card. Fill the top half of the asset card with the image or maintain the asset's original dimensions.

Show On Card
The Show On Card option(s) allow the asset card to be adjusted to include additional information or remove information. Toggle the button to add / remove the option from the asset card.

To view an asset with greater detail or to play a video asset, choose the 1-Up Icon on the top left of the platform.
- On the upper right of the platform, select the 1-Up View Icon to go into the 1-Up viewer.

- Or double click on an asset in Grid View of the Library to enter 1-up view
Adding Ratings or Labels
- Select the asset to add a label or rating.
- Add Ratings or Labels in the Upper Left of the 1-Up Viewer.
- Keyboard shortcuts work within the 1-Up Viewer to interact with assets as well as the Tool Panel.

Asset Film Strip
- Select an asset by clicking
- Arrow left or right on your keyboard to move left or right
- Right-Click an asset to view the assets dropdown menu for more asset options.

- Temporarily hide the film strip by selecting the down arrow icon to the left of the Tool Panel.

The tool panel provides enhanced control when interacting with assets.
Zoom: increase or decrease magnification to inspect detail of the asset
- To increase or decrease zoom into the assets details, select the + / - under the 1-Up View.
- To reset the asset view, select the Fit to screen

- To move around the asset when zoomed in, select the Pan tool

Crop: to select an area of an asset and remove, or "crop," everything outside the selected area

Play Video Assets
- Video Assets can only be played within the 1-Up Viewer. Selecting the play button on the asset card within grid view will not start playback.
- Select a video asset, click the Play Button below the preview

2-Up View
To compare two assets or two versions to each other, choose the 2-Up Icon on the top left of the platform.
- While in grid view, on the upper right of the platform, select the 2-Up icon to go into the 2-Up viewer.

- 2-Up view can also be accessed while in 1-Up view
- Select the Left side of the 2-Up Viewer then select an asset on the filmstrip to bring into 2 up view.
- Select the Right side of the 2-Up Viewer then select an asset set on the filmstrip to compare against its counterpart.
- Choose the Split option menu to compare the assets with Overlay and Slider

Changing the Theme
- In the upper right of the 1-Up viewer, select the switch
icon to alternate between
Dark Theme and Light Theme - To reset, select the theme of your choosing
