Users who are granted download permissions within a Workspace or Collection can download the original asset uploaded into the library, along with any of the available file types. Users who view assets with watermarks can only download JPG previews of assets they have access to, while users who do not have download permissions are restricted. Contact your Administrator to request download permissions if you're unable to do so.

Select Assets to Download
Select the asset(s) you'd like to download, Right-Click, then select Download from the drop-down menu:

Choosing the right file type for download
The option to download the Original Asset uploaded into your library, as well as a JPG Preview and XMP Sidecar, will always be available for download. The option to include Markups and Attachments in your download package will be available if present on any of the selected assets:
Image Format:
Original: The original file uploaded into your library.
JPG: The original file will be changed to a JPG file.
PNG: The original file will be changed to a PNG file.
Include:
Attached Files: files uploaded manually by users that are not visible in the library but can be retrieved upon download, if present.
XMP sidecar: contains the edits done to raw files and the metadata from the camera.
Markups: Markups applied to assets in globaledit are available to download as PDFs.
Thumbnail: a low-res jpeg preview of the original file generated by globaledit.
Settings:
Keep Folder Structure: globaledit will organize the items in your download package into separate folders when downloading multiple file types. Uncheck this box if you’d like to forgo this when downloading JPEG Previews or Markups.
Stamp Metadata: metadata applied in globaledit- including labels, star ratings, and color tags- are stamped on assets upon export and can populate in outside programs
Crop:
Keep cropped: maintain cropping on assets
Ignore Crop: ignore cropping on assets
Image Size and Resolution:
Customize size by: Keep the original image size of the file or customize its size based on width, height, or long edge
Resolution: Keep the original resolution of the file or change the resolution to 72 DPI, 150 DPI, or 300 DPI
Tip: Download settings will maintain once they are selected.
Download the ZIP package onto your device
Select the Download at the bottom of the window once your options are finalized.
A notification will appear at the top right of the window alerting the download package is In Progress, and will change to Download Complete once the items have successfully finished processing.
Select the Notification Bell to open the notification, then select the Redownload option to redownload the ZIP file onto your device.
