Collaboration within the platform is a great way to work with your team to progress your work and workflow. With The Share Hub, there are many options to collaborate, if the user's permissions allow, including being able to invite users to a workspace, getting a pinpoint link to share with other organization users, creating a Public Link to share with outside non-users, or creating a contact sheet.

Two Ways to Access The Share Hub
Dropdown Menu
- Select asset(s) and Right-Click to access the dropdown menu.
- Select Share then choose how you would like to share the asset(s).

- Select the Share Icon at the top right of the platform.
- Choose how you would like to share the asset(s).

Inviting Users to the Workspace
Add users to a workspace by inputing their name or by typing their email address. Select a role for your users based on the actions they need to perform.

Share a pinpoint link with other users in your organization to a direct asset, folder or workspace. Copy and Paste the link to share.

Creating a Public Link
Share a password protected or non-password protected link with any user or non-user for viewing assets or downloading assets. Public Links can share a selection of assets. Read to learn more about Public Links.

Creating a Contact Sheet
Create a Contact Sheet with a variety of options including layout, pagination and watermarking to share with users within your organization. Contact Sheets can also be downloaded as a PDF, if permissions are allowed. Read to learn more about Contact Sheets.
